Return & Refund Policy

At firafir, every piece is made to order and crafted individually according to each client's specifications. As such, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. All firafir pieces fall under this exemption.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the item is custom-made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at byfirafir@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After this window, cancellations are not accepted as materials and labour are already committed.
