1. About firafir firafir is an independent artisanal fashion label based in Romania, creating bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces crafted individually for each client. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products All firafir pieces are made to order according to client specifications. Each item is unique and handcrafted. Production begins upon order confirmation and payment. As products are personalised, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment methods available at checkout. Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. firafir reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Production & Delivery Production timelines vary per piece and will be communicated at the time of order. Delivery is handled by third-party carriers. firafir is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

5. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as materials and production are already committed.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on firafir.com are the exclusive property of firafir. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability firafir's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
