1. Made-to-Order Production All firafir pieces are handcrafted individually. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Romania (Domestic) Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Europe We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Orders may be subject to UK customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

United States Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Orders may be subject to US customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Shipping Carriers We work with leading international carriers selected for reliability and cost-efficiency. Carrier selection may vary by destination.

4. Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the European Union (UK, US), customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. firafir is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at office@firafir.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
